Shipping And Return Policy
Unlike many sites, we sell what we have. We don't rely on third parties to supply inventory to you. Therefore, we pledge to ship your order by the next business day of receiving your order. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time in order for us to ship the same day.
Sorry, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Workwarehouseonline.com is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by weather or other circumstances out of our control.
Alaska & Hawaii
*Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are excluded from our free shipping policy and will be charged the UPS Ground rate to the address specified. If you wish for us to contact you before shipping, please tell us in the Comments / Special Requests section of the checkout page. We can then contact you with shipping charges before shipping.
In the event that you have purchased the wrong size or color, we will gladly pay to send the product back to our store and send you the correct item without shipping charges. This offer is only given once per order and cannot be honored if the item doesn't meet our sellable product criteria. Simply email us at email@example.com and explain your request for your return. You will need to supply your name, email address used to process your order and your order number along with your request. We can then email you a shipping label and instructions for returning the product so that we can process your exchange.
If you want to refund your purchase for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason you wish to return the product. Please include in your email your name, email address used to process your order and your order number to expedite your return. All returns for refunds must adhere to our sellable product criteria. You will be responsible for shipping charges involved in returning product for a refund. At our discretion we may return the product to you without refund if it doesn't meet our sellable product criteria.
If you feel that you have received defective merchandise from workwarehouseonline.com, please email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization number. Include an explanation of the defect with your name, email address used to process your order, and any product information such as style number, size, manufacture name that might be relevant to your request. We will then send an email with instructions on how to send the product back for inspection and replacement of your defective product.
Product will be deemed as sellable product if it is in new condition with original tags and it has not been used or washed. Product must also have been purchased or exchanged within 60 days of the return date. We respect all of our customers' rights to purchase new, clean, undamaged product. All refunds and exchanges must meet these standards. We have the right to refuse refund or exchange requests if we feel that the product falls outside of these parameters.
