All the features of our Total Support in a thinner, ultra-light gel insole. TPR Gel pods and forefoot pad are perfect for low-volume or minimal running shoes. Spenco Gel Total Support Insoles feature our patented 3-POD Modulation System. By positioning pods with varying degrees of hardness beneath key areas of the foot, Spenco Gel Total Support change the ground forces reaching the foot during activity. This allows for increased performance and superior comfort, while helping to reduce over-pronation. To use Spenco Gel Total Support Insoles, carefully remove the existing shoe insole. Insert the Spenco Gel Total Support insole into the shoe. Trim the front of the insole with scissors if necessary. Hand wash and air dry as needed. Spenco Gel Total Support Insoles are guaranteed for one year.
